slow service unclean beach
the beach service was slow. i waited almost an hour for my order, and the food arrived cold? this happened more than once. also, the beach wasn't as clean as i hoped. i noticed some plastic bottles which wasn't great. the staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned these issues.

The room was clean and luxurious. Staff members, including Livin, Alex, Asma, and Ayman, were amazing. I look forward to returning again soon.
My room type got mixed up during check-in, and I received a twin bed despite paying for a king bed with a sea view. This was resolved. I took a shower and found no towels. It took 30 minutes for them to arrive. The hotel is not family friendly.

great view breakfast buffet
i enjoyed the location and the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. the garden view was also great and relaxing. i appreciated that it was close to a shopping center and different restaurants.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and very kind! mayram at the reception was especially helpful, but the other restaurant staff were very kind as well. the staff managed to change our rooms at our request and were attentive .

the hotel had a desirable location and was close to many restaurants. shopping centers were conveniently nearby and accessible. the arabian gulf views were fine and added to the charm of the area.

the pool area included an amazing pool with amazing views and was a beautiful place for relaxation. there were notable dining options like opa and a beautiful japanese restaurant. a ballroom was available for events.

The suite was immaculate with excellent decor and layout. I found it super clean. the internal amenities, including the bathrooms, were modern and well-appointed. the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. the rooms provided a luxurious experience.
